Before you grab your broom and head to Main Street, here are a few helpful tips to make the most of your Witch Walk experience. From where to park and what to bring, to how to enter contests and find your favorite vendors — we’ve gathered the key details so you’re prepared for a magical day out.

The main event kicks off at 10:00AM and ends at 9PM. Our daily events like the costume contest, etc. start at 12PM. We have live music from 5-9PM, but you can start your day early by shopping at local downtown businesses starting at 10:00 AM — or grab breakfast at Carla’s Corner Café before the magic begins!

Yes! Columbiana offers multiple public restrooms throughout downtown, and we’ll also have conveniently located porta-johns available on-site for the event.

No! This is a free event open to the public. This is a family friendly event and we invite everyone to join us for a magical day.

The Vintage Saloon rolls in with potions on tap — local brews, wine, and enchanting handcrafted cocktails. Enjoy a spirited sip as you explore the market.

Rain or shine, the Witch Walk is on! A little weather won’t stop the magic — so grab your cloak and come enjoy the fun, no matter the forecast.

Can I have a pop-up tent?2025-08-25T21:56:11-04:00

Yes — 10×10 pop-up tents are allowed. We recommend being prepared for the weather — sidewalls can help protect your setup in case of rain, while keeping things open when the sun is shining ensures a welcoming space for shoppers.

Vendor spaces are 10×10 unless otherwise arranged. If you need a larger setup, please contact us in advance to discuss availability.

Can I choose my vendor spot?2025-08-25T21:54:23-04:00

Vendor spots are pre-assigned. While we don’t offer spot selection, we carefully plan placements to ensure a smooth and successful experience for everyone.

What time is setup?2025-09-29T15:20:55-04:00

Setup begins at 6:30AM. All vehicles must be OFF the road by 9:30am to ensure safety for our guests. Please scroll to the bottom of the FAQ page to view a map.

Please reach out through our Contact Us page as soon as possible. While vendor fees are non-refundable, timely notice allows us to offer your space to someone on the waitlist.
